Trip Summary
Nothing like a sunny day at the beach in the winter. Why not hike or ride a bike on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. Consisting of 26 trails among nine distinct ecosystems that make up more than 28 miles of paved trails within the 6,150 acres of land. After you’ve worked up an appetite eat some fresh Gulf Seafood at Lulus next to the Intercoastal waterway and enjoy some live music. The next day catch a Segway Tour along the beach and see the sights on two wheels. Grab some lunch at Hog Wild and make your way to Fort Morgan for a picnic and adventure inside a historic fort built in 1843. Check out the cannons and views of the Gulf.
